Orang-Utan Comics's Ian Sharman found himself stuck in the bar at Hi-Ex 2010 in Inverness with GM Jordan. When they were joined by red hot talented new artist Alex Moore, having had a drink or two Jordan announced to Alex that he would write her a short story IF Ian would publish it.
Little did Jordan know but Ian has been looking for new stories for Orang-Utan's popular 'FTL' anthology and quickly agreed. The 8 page story will be appearing in the next issue of 'FTL' & Alex's artwork is described as 'Fantastic' and 'Brilliant', cementing her position as one of the best new artists in the UK today working in comic's.
Jordan said 'I am deeply honoured to be working with Alex on not 1 but 2 projects and it wwas an honour to break my 'retirement' pledge and work on new material with her.' |

HUNTER, HUNTED NEARS COMPLETION |
The graphic novel adaptation of 'Hunter, Hunted' nears completion and there is no announcement due on a possible publisher although several have expressed an interest. No word as yet who the final artist will be although there may be more news in October. |

UNKNOWN TITLE ANNOUNCED |
Jordan-X will be working with an as yet announced publisher on a new graphic novel due out in 2011. The project is under wraps until October 2010 when it is expected to be announced at BICS in Birmingham. The only details are that GM Jordan will be re-uniting with Alex Moore on the graphic novel and the Scottish writer is buzzing with excitement. |

SWANSONG EDIT FINISHED |
Fans got their wish when Swansong's long overdue editing was completed by Stephanie Holland-Hill. GM Jordan will be working on a possible graphic novel adaptation in the coming months before looking for an artist as a partner. |

The planned collection of Jordan's early work has been released on myebook.com. 'Tales From A Warped Mind' and 'Swansong' are available to buy at a reduced rate and a £1 from each sale goes to help the Comic Book Alliance. |

JORDAN FINISHES INSOMNIA DEVELOPMENT |
Insomnia Publications and Jordan will no longer be working together. After a successful outing in Layer Zero: Choices the company pulled the plug on the Hunter, Hunted graphic novel for unspecified reasons and Jordan will no longer be submitting work to them in the future.
Jordan maintains he still believes Insomnia is one of the best independent comic companies coming out of the UK and wishes them well for the future. |

For the first time the complete edition of Swansong is available to buy for ebooks. The book publishers didn't know how to market has been languishing in development hell until Dark Island decided to put the pdf out online.
Priced at £3.99 the book will be available from the end of November and compliments the new TALES FROM A WARPED MIND ebook that brings together Jordan's collection of short stories and travelogue. Costing £3.99 it will include pictures, stories and scripts. |
